developing effective partnerships There needs to be effective partnership working between: - all provider organisations (colleges, work based learning, adult and community) and learners/employers - so that they may become fully responsive to each others' needs
- colleges and providers and the national partners in the provision of support services so that the diverse needs of employers and learners are met
- leaders, senior managers, governing boards and staff in order to develop a culture of self-improvement
- colleges and providers in to order create networks, peer support and sharing of good practice
- the national partners that provide support - to ensure that their services are coherent and mutually supportive, their roles are clear and they all add value to the system
- government and the further education (FE) system - to ensure that policy development and implementation are informed by the experience of those working in provider organisations.
