  • How actively is the board involved in setting targets for the college?
  • How realistic and challenging are the targets for student retention, achievement and success rates? Do these targets aim to drive up the quality of provision for learners?
  • What are the college's priorities for improvement as identified in its quality improvement plan? Why have these been identified as priorities?
